Hill Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation and gave staffs recommendation for approval. <br /> Motion for approval made by Cleary, seconded by Shanklin, approved unanimously <br /> Agenda Item #4: Final Plat approval of the Francis T. Hill Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation and gave staffs recommendation for approval. <br /> Motion for approval by Irvin, seconded by Lunsford, approved unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #5: Final Plat approval of Riveredge Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation. He indicated that the developer had combined <br /> lots "C & D" into one and that the Commissioners had approved this compromise. <br /> staff recommended approval. <br /> Motion for approval by Lunsford, seconded by Irvin, approved unanimously, <br /> Agenda Item #6: Final Plat approval of Ann Joyner et. al. Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation and gave staffs recommendation for approval. <br /> Motion for approval by Cleary, seconded by Irvin, approved unanimously. <br /> Agenda Item #7; Revised Preliminary Plat for Steep Bottom Run Subdivision <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation explaining that the Commissioners had referred <br /> the subdivision back to the Planning Board for consideration of shared <br /> driveways to increase traffic safety. The Commissioners felt that by <br /> restricting the number of driveways along a stretch of road, the ability <br /> of that road to carry traffic would not be reduced.
