(See Article I, <br /> Section 6) . It is for this reason that the Resolution <br /> accompanying the Board's December 7, 1981 agenda is one <br /> to ratify that decision. The new Resolution, however, <br /> serves to clarify the role of the manager in Orange <br /> County. Subsection 3(n) of the Resolution should read <br /> as follows: <br /> - (n) Area mental health director; G.S. <br /> Section 122-35.45; Area mental health board <br /> appoints with the approval of the Department <br /> of Human Resources. <br /> Ver, truly yours, <br /> E.
