Since practice has <br /> been togperate under the plan for all cbpeztments under the general <br /> control of the Board of Commissioners adoption now Would, formalize <br /> the type of organization under which the County is administered and <br /> delineate authority for personnel actions as referenced under separate <br /> statutes. <br /> IMPACT: <br /> RECOMENDATION: <br /> Approve the attached resolution adopting the plan. <br />
