J. <br /> 4. Exclusion of Parcels. The Agency may at any time by notice <br /> in writing to the Attorney exclude any parcel or parcels from the operation <br /> of this contract, and in such event, the Attorney will only be entitled <br /> to receive payment at the rate hereinafter specified for all work completed <br /> and accepted prior to such exclusion, and in addition, equitable adjustment <br /> will be made for any substantial amount of work or service performed <br /> by the Attorney to the date of such exclusion, but not accepted by the <br /> Agency. <br /> 5. Performance of Work. The Attorney will perform the services <br /> hereinabove described as expeditiously as possible after receipt of <br /> written notification of the acceptance of this proposal by the Agency. <br /> Services. All services, documents and information to be <br /> furnished or performed by the Attorney hereunder shall be furnished <br /> or performed as promptly as possible. It is understood that the time <br /> within which the work is to performed is of primary importance and of <br /> the essence of this proposal . The performance of services or the <br /> delivery of documents required hereunder shall not relieve the Attorney <br /> from the obligation to correct any defective work subsequently discovered <br /> and all incomplete, inaccurate, or defective work shall be remedied <br /> promptly by the Attorney on demand without cost to the Agency. The <br /> Attorney will proceed with the work hereunder in such sequence and order <br /> as to the different parcels as the Agency may from time to time request. <br /> The Attorney will promptly deliver to the Agency all documents from time to <br /> time as completed. <br /> Title Examination. The preparation and examination of searches <br /> of title and furnishing preliminary Certificates of the title <br /> thereto as of a date subsequent to the date of acceptance of <br /> this offer, including therein information as to all liens and <br /> encumbrances thereon and any defects in or exceptions to such <br /> title and will also furnish the names and addresses, so far as <br /> known to the Attorney or disclosed of record, or all persons <br /> or parties- owning or claiming, or who may own or claim an <br /> interest in or to such parcels and the nature of such interest, <br /> and the names and addresses of all the persons or parties in - <br /> possession or occupancy thereof and the rights which they <br /> have or claim. - <br /> Stage III: Closing Purchase, Final Certificate and Condemnation <br /> Proceedings. <br /> (a) Attending to all details necessary to the procuring <br /> of good title, curing defects in title, drafting <br /> deeds, preparation of settlement sheet, closing purchase <br /> with each individual property owner, and recording all <br /> necessary papers and documents. <br /> - 3 - <br />
