The project is <br /> ranked 02 on the County's Approved Projects list. It is also <br /> included on the DOT's Proposed 1981-82 Secondary Road Improvement <br /> Program for Orange County. <br /> Five roads are involved for a total project cost of $136,674 with <br /> DOT paying $100,000 and the remainder from the property owners. <br /> 7 By prior Board agreement, assessment of any unpaid property owner <br /> - - amounts will be assessed on the basis of lots rather than front <br /> footage. <br /> IMPACT: Adoption of the Preliminary Assessment Resolution will lead to a <br /> public hearing on the project and, if the Final Assessment <br /> Resolution is approved, DOT will paVe the project streets SROs <br /> 1873-77 during the 1981-82 paving year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of the Preliminary Assessment Resolution. <br />
