() I z) <br /> 8,8.8 General Aviation Airports, STOL and Heliports (Class A Special Use) <br /> 8.8,8.1 Additional Information <br /> In addition to the information required in Subsection 8,2 and <br /> 8.8.1.1, the following shall be submitted as part of the <br /> application: <br /> a) A configuration diagram depicting the layout of runways, <br /> taxiways, approach zones and overrun areas. These diagrams <br /> should also be on aerial photographs that show the area <br /> within five miles of the proposed site, <br /> ID) Noise expsoure forecast contours showing the effects of <br /> aircraft operations upon land within one mile of the boundary <br /> of the proposed site. The applicant shall provide documentation <br /> that shows fee simple ownership or noise easement rights <br /> over any area that has the potential to exceed a noise level <br /> of 25 NEF. The applicant shall provide an aerial, photograph <br /> of the proposed site with the NEF contours shown. <br /> c) The number and type of aircraft proposed to be stored including <br /> also the storage areas for aircraft, fuel and motor vehicles, <br /> service areas for aircraft. <br /> d) How on site fire and rescue services shall be provided and a <br /> letter from the appropriate agency stating services are available <br /> and adequate to protect the proposed facility, <br /> e) List land uses within the final approach zones of the airport. <br /> f) Certification that all Federal Aviation Administration and <br /> State standards and requirements have been met. <br /> g) The applicant shall provide documentation that they own <br /> in fee simple, direct access, at least 60' wide, to a <br /> state maintained road, <br /> 8.8.8.2 Standards Of Evaluation <br /> The following specific standards shall be used in deciding an <br /> application for approval of this class of use: <br /> a) All F.A.A. and State regulations are met as a condition of <br /> approval. <br /> b) The site provides buffers of both distance and screening <br /> to prevent adverse impacts on adjacent residentially zoned <br /> land. The minimum buffer in which no building or structure <br /> is located is 100'. All buildings, structures, vehicle <br /> storage areas, fuel storage areas and aircraft service areas <br /> are screened by dense evergreen plantings. <br />
