The County <br /> Commissioners changed the proposed designation on this property at <br /> their September 2, 1981 Commissioners meeting and requested that the <br /> proposal be Presented at a subsequent public hearing. <br /> - There is not a Health Department improvements permit issued on this <br /> site, at this time <br /> - The structures on this site wer.2 recently constructed by the owners. <br /> -- - There is public water available to this site. <br /> IMPACT: The planning staff had recommended Residential-1 zoning on this tract <br /> based on the comments of the Hillsborough Township Advisory Council, this <br /> action took place in November 1980. <br /> - The Planning Board recommended the property be zoned Residential-1 in <br /> July 6, 1981 Public Hearing. <br /> - The Planning Staff now recommends that the property be zoned Existing <br /> Commercial-5 (EC-5). Commercial uses would be allowed to continue in <br /> operation or expand as a conforming use, or convert to any other <br /> permitted commercial use. <br />
