The Commissioners <br /> changed the proposed designation on this property at their September 2, <br /> 1981 meeting and requested the proposal be presented at a subsequent <br /> public hearing. <br /> The site has an improvements permit but no installed septic tank. <br /> Public water is available. <br /> The site presently has a partially constructed warehouse. This building <br /> was started after the November, 1980 public hearing to extend zoning <br /> __into Hillsborough Township. , .-z.. <br /> . • :... .:.... <br /> An Existing Commercial Use would be allowed to continue in operation and <br /> expand. <br /> IMPACT: The Planning Board had recommended the property be zoned Residential-1. <br /> The Planning Staff had recommended in December 1980 Residential zoning <br /> based on the Township Advisory Council's Recommendations. <br /> Planning Staff now recommends zoning this tract Existing Commercial-5 <br /> (EC-5). Commercial uses would be allowed to continue in operation or <br /> expand as a conforming use, or convert to an other permitted commercial use. <br />
