Margaret Lane - <br /> Hillsborough, EC <br /> Dear Sir: <br /> The Hillsborough Planning Board has reviewed the two (2) subdivisions at the <br /> request of the Orange County Planning Department. Their recommendations are as follows: <br /> Re: Density. The Planning Board feels that County guidelines for 5 acres per lot <br /> be followed due to the proximity to the water reservoir in Riveredge and also 5 <br /> acres per lot for the Seven Mile Falls subdivision as it is in the watershed. <br /> Re: Water issue.
