Approval of <br /> the additional 2 lots, would bring the total to 9 lots. These 2 lots <br /> meet the minimum subdivision and zoning standards. Any further <br /> subdivision would require upgrading of the proposed private road. Past <br /> development of this subdivision has been with large lots. <br /> This tract borders the Eno State Park and is in the area designated <br /> agriculture residential on the Land Use Plan. <br /> A sketch plan has been prepared for the balance of the tract, showing <br /> 2 additional lots- There will only be two private roads in this major <br /> sbudivision. <br /> The Planning Board unanimously recommends approval. <br /> Impact; The cummulative impacts of the several minor subdivisions which have <br /> created 9 lots has been addressed through the sketch plan, which shows <br /> 2 additional lots.
