Herzig <br /> Dear Mr. Laws: <br /> On March 26, 1981 I wrote to you with respect to the 1981 valua- <br /> tion of the above tract of property. I have not heard from you since <br /> that date regarding an appointment to meet with you to discuss this <br /> matter. I believe such a meeting would be fruitful inasmuch as I can <br /> easily document through various sources that the valuation of $8,880 <br /> is most excessive. In fact, I have attempted to sell the tract of <br /> property, and the professional opinion of its Durham market value ap- <br /> pears to be closer. to $2,500.
