When contacted�e as-af <br /> Space Builders coimminicated a high degree of satisfaction with their work. <br /> This firm proposes the construction of a transparent, greenhouse-like addition <br /> on the southside of the old courthouse to provide for an elevator, restrooms, and a <br /> public entrance and lobby. Their proposals goes as to say that besides preserving the <br /> historical integrity of a building, the addition would provide for passive solar <br /> heating.
