He asked to be rescheduled for the <br /> 29th of October meeting. <br /> I told Mr. Stewart that as far as I knew that would, be okay. However, <br /> I told him I did not know the legal requirements regarding this part- <br /> icular situation (i.e., property valuation appeal) and that would be, <br /> as far as I knew, the only restraint for rescheduling. <br /> As you know, Bill, I have already composed and typed the agenda; it <br /> is completed and in the envelope for mailing. It is too late to <br /> scratch his name off the agenda. Let me know if there are any road <br /> blocks (legal) to rescheduling Mr. Stewart. <br /> Thanks. <br /> cc: Mr. Howard Stewart <br />
