822 <br /> If the petition is approved, the County Cormassioners shall issue <br /> a Special Use Permit authorizing the requested use with such reason- <br /> able conditions as the governing body determine to be desirable in <br /> promoting public health, safety and welfare. <br /> The authorization of a Special Use PelMit in any Planned Development <br /> DLstrict for any use which is permitted only as a "Class B" special <br /> use in the zoning district which co.vzsponds to the Planned Develop- <br /> merit district Stiall preclude any requirement for Board'of Adjustment <br /> approval but shall be approved by the Board of County COmmissionerS.- <br /> 7.2.6 STANDARDS FOR EVALUATION <br /> The General and Specific Standards for the issuance of a Planned <br /> Development Permit shall include those for a Special Use Permit , <br /> as set forth in Article 8 and other requirements and standards as <br /> set forth in Artible 7. <br /> 7.2.7 CHANGES IN COND.MONS OR USE FOR PLANNED DEVMONENP PERMIT <br /> Any violation of a term or indication of a Planned Development Permit <br /> shall be treated the same as any other such violation. In addition <br /> the Planned Development Permit shall become null and of no effect, <br /> and the property shall be rezoned at the next scheduled hearing to <br /> its previous zoning district appropritate general district. <br /> 7.2.8 TIME LIMIT ON START OF CONSTRUCTION FOR USE PLANNED DEVELOPPEW. <br /> Construction must start and proceed at a reasonable rate within six <br /> months of the approval of the permit. If no construction has started <br /> the permit becomes null and of no effect. The owner can request a six <br /> month extension from the Board of County Commissioners if the request <br /> is received before the permit expires. <br /> ADDLPICN TO 7.4 PD DISTRICT - WHERE AND HOW PERMITTED <br /> Planned Development Districts may hereafter be established by amend- <br /> ment to the Official Zoning Atlas, approval of a Special, Use Permit, <br /> and related amendatory action, . - <br /> The following is an addition to Article 8: <br /> 8.8.23 Planned Developments <br /> 8.8.23.1 Additional Information <br /> In addition to the information required in Subsections 8.2 and 8,8, <br /> information shall be supplied as part of the application as per <br /> applicable requirements of Article 7. <br /> 8.8.23.2 Standards Of Evaluation <br /> The standards of evaluation shall be as per applicable sections of <br /> Article 7. <br />
