This <br /> permit runs with the land and applies to the approximately 118 acre property of <br /> Philip 0. Durham and Alice Durham shown on Tax Mao 28, Lot 98"in Bingham Township, <br /> Orange County and to an adjoining approximately 18 acre property owned by American <br /> Stone company on Tax Map 28, part of Lot 8, also in Bingham Townshin, <br /> The Extraction of Earth Products use carried out on these properties shall nsaz <br /> the Standards of Evaluation set forth in section the Orange County Cee!.ee <br /> Ordiance (proposed). <br /> In addition the following requirements shall be net as a condition of this p. <br /> 1. Two observation water wells shall be contructed as soon as possible at : <br /> the issuance of this permit to monitor the effect of the quarrying ope: <br /> on-the lodal water table,. The first well shell, be located near the im , <br /> --- line of Phillip Durham about 750 feet west-northwest of the northwest cc:- <br /> of the present excavation pit. The second well site shall be near the tc <br /> of the disposal overburden pit at approximatley 900 feet east of the norte <br /> east coiner of'the pit. The minimum depth of both observation wells shou.7.-1 <br /> be at least 25 feet below the lowest level of the pit. Mean sea level <br /> elevation should be determined at the wells, and water levels shall ha ;:. --- <br /> sured weekly in relation to mean sea level. <br /> 2. The site plan submitted by American Stone Company dated October, 1980, and <br /> revised June 9, 1981 shall be part of this permit. <br /> 3. The temporary road shown on the site plan leading to State Road 1104 shall <br /> be closed within six months of the approval of this permit. <br /> 4. The applicant agrees not to use its right-of-way easement to State Road 110: <br /> for site access. <br /> 5. Disturbed land will be kept to a minimum. <br /> 6. No extraction will take place within 300.feet of a building or public lands. <br /> 7. Hours of operation shall be during daylight hours, Monday through Satu: y <br /> 8. No spoil piles or stockpiles shall be created to a height.greater than <br /> feet. <br /> 9.
