<br /> u.41. it becomes acceptable to the residents of Cheeks Township-
<br /> A Land Use Plan that would discourage any development in the Seven Mile Creek Sub
<br /> Basin co as to deny the people of Cheeks Township and Orange County closer to home,
<br /> high-paying employment.
