<br /> 2, A Land Use Plan that would discourage any development in the Seven Mile Creek Sub
<br /> Basin, so as to deny the people of Cheeks Township and Ocall;:' County closer to home,
<br /> high-paying employment.
<br /> 3. A Land Use Plan that would discourage extension of water and sewerage in the Cheeks
