This Special Use Permit request is for property located <br /> in Bingham Township and shown on Tax Map 28; Part of lots 9B and 8. <br /> This property is located north/west of the intersecticn of highway 54 <br /> and Bethel, Church Road (S.R. 1104) . The requirements for the issuance <br /> of the Special Use Permit are contained in Article 8 of the Orange County <br /> — Zoning Ordinance, more specifically Sections 8.2 and 8.8.1.1. <br /> It is the further purpose of the Hearing to receive citizen input <br /> on the extension of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance to Cheeks Township. <br /> It is also the purpose of the Hearing to receive citizen comments <br /> on proposed technical changes to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Specifically sections; 2.3.3.4; 4.2.8a) ; 4.2.20b) ; 4.2.21a) ; 4.3 (M-1, <br /> S-28, S-42, S-45) ; 5.1 (R-2) , 6.2.1; 6.3.1; 6.20; 8.2.2, 8.4.4, 8.4.5, <br /> 8.8, 8.8.1.1; 9.11; and Article 22- <br /> It is also the purpose of this hearing to hear comments on the <br /> addition of a Special Use Permit requirement for all Planned Developments <br /> Under Article . - - -- <br /> Copies of the Special Use Permit application; the Zoning Ordinance <br /> and a list of the technical changes can be studied at the Orange County <br /> Planning Department in Hillsborough. <br /> .... <br /> i <br />
