<br /> Dear Mr. Laws:
<br /> Recent reviews of our past tax bills indicate that in 1978, 1979
<br /> and 1980 the Consolidated City/County Tax Notices for the Chapel
<br /> Hill Country Club were erroneously billed for Chapel Hill City Tax
<br /> on personal property. It is believed that this personal property
<br /> was never removed from the city tax account in 1978 when our club-
<br /> house changed locations from the old location on Country Club Road,
<br /> which was within the city limits, to its present location, which • c
<br /> outside these limits. Therefore, it is requested that the Chapel
<br /> Hill Country Club be given a refund for these improperly billed
<br /> taxes, as follows:
<br /> 1978 $241,47
<br /> 1979 661.84
<br /> 1980 1,725.87
<br /> Total $2,629.18
