In your county, we have a lease <br /> with North Carolina Memorial Hospital with a monthly lease <br /> charge of $3,122.58. The cost of the property at their <br /> premises amounts to $32,682.14. <br /> I would appreciate your help in this matter and will be <br /> awaiting your response on how the appraised value of $530,300 <br /> was calculated, and what Therma-TraY must do to settle our <br /> liability with Orange County.
