Ward, Director Social Services <br /> 104AL) <br /> We are requesting an, addition to the commissioners agenda for October 5, 1981 to <br /> request replacements be hired for the following positions in which resignations <br /> have recently occured. <br /> Position #06107 - Clerk Typist II: This position is located in reception area of <br /> Social Service Department in Hillsborough. Answering incoming calls, taking mes- <br /> sages, making appointments and typing agency correspondence, and filing case <br /> records are the principal duties. The current employee resigned to take a higher <br /> paying job with County Central Services. <br /> Position #06187 - Clerk Typist III: This position is 1/2 time in Food Stamp data <br /> management and issuance and 1/2 time in Medicaid having primary responsibility for <br /> control of Medicaid eligibility certifications. All income maintenance manual <br /> changes are posted by this position. The current employee resigned to take a higher <br /> paying job in private industry. <br /> Position #06104 - Clerk Typist III, (i time): This position is responsible for time <br /> records for 60 employees and up-dating county computer time and leave records. Is <br /> primary cleridal back up for Aid to Blind, program, and typing agency correspondence. <br /> Current employee is transferring to full time agency vacancy. <br />
