I'm sure you will hear more about the <br /> plans from him. <br /> On Friday, you questioned the County appropriation amounts for RSVP <br /> The chart I sent Joe Bradshaw showed the amount expended, but not <br /> the amount received. Far the first four years any difference betwe <br /> the amounts contributed by the County and the proration of actual <br /> expenditures were applied to subsequent funding requests. This <br /> procedure was a bit confusing because it overlapped two funding <br /> years; thus, Mary Parker decided that a more realistic budget would <br /> be written and 100% of the appropriations would be requested, begir <br /> with the 1979-80 fiscal year.
