-3- <br /> 3 . Vacancies <br /> All vacancies in the Senior Citizens Board occuring from any cause <br /> shall be filled by appointment by the County Board of Commissioners , <br /> and the person appointed shall serve for the unexpired portion of the <br /> { term. <br /> 4. Attendance <br /> Any member of the board who misses more than three meetings or <br /> more than one quarter of the meetings in any twelve month period , <br /> shall lose their status as a member of the Board and shall be replaced <br /> by the Orange County Board of Commissioners . Absences due to sickness , <br /> death of an immediate family member shall be considered approved absenc <br /> and shall not affect the member' s status . Following the second absence <br /> the Secretary will notify the member in writing of the attendance polic <br /> ARTICLE IV - REGULAR MEETINGS <br /> 1 . Dates and Location <br /> Regular meetings of the Orange County Senior Citizens Board will be <br /> conducted on the second (2nd ) Thursday of each month, and will begin at <br /> 10:00 a .m. All meetings will be conducted with a maximum time limit of <br /> two (2) hours . Location of meetings will be rotated between a northern <br /> and southern Orange County location as established by the Board. <br /> 2. 213.2.EiM <br /> A majority of the board then in office shall constitute a quorum fc <br /> the transaction of business for any meeting of the board . <br /> ARTICLE V - -OFFICERS <br /> I .
