Paid staff assistance, <br /> The H3AC proposes that a project coordinator be hired for 6 months on a <br /> consultant basis to carry out the major day-to-day operations of the project. The <br /> Assistant County Manager would serve as the administrative supervisor for the project <br /> coordinator. The Needs Assessment Steering Committee Chairperson would provide overall <br /> project guidance to the staff assistant.
