The Parties hereto further agree that the budgets for the <br /> operation of said plans by the Authority shall be as set <br /> forth in the budget documents attached hereto as Exhibits <br /> C and D. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said Parties have hereunto caused <br /> this instrument to be executed in their respective names , and <br /> attested with their official seals attached hereto, all the <br /> day and year first above written. <br />
