Inspect unit for compliance with HUD Housing Quality <br /> Standards; <br /> L. Execute 15-year Housing Assistance Payments Contract <br /> with owner; <br /> M. Certify tenant family eligibility; <br /> N. Execute Lease (and Addendum to Lease) between owner <br /> and tenant family; <br /> O. Maintain all required records on file; <br /> P. Annually recertify tenant family; <br /> Q. Annually reinspect units for continued compliance <br /> with HUD Housing Quality Standards. <br /> IV. Payment 8rrangements, The Authority will pay Northern Fairview the <br /> sum of $ per unit for the services rendered under this Agreement. <br /> Payment for all services rendered by Northern Fairview shall be made in full <br /> upon the Authority's execution of a Housing Assistance Payments Contract(s) on <br /> all units to be rehabilitated under the terms of this Agreement. <br /> V.
