G.S. 113A-54 (d) (1) , as the same appears in <br /> 8 Part II of 1978 Replacement Volume 31 of the General Statutes, is <br /> 9 amended to read as follows: <br /> 10 n (1) Assist and encourage local governments in developing <br /> 11 erosion and sedimentation control programs and, as part of such <br /> 12 assistance to develop a model local erosion control ordinance, <br /> 13 which shall be no more restrictive than the requirements of this <br /> 14 Article, and approve, approve as modified, or e-jaDprz.,72 local <br /> 15 plans submitted to it pursuant to G.S. 113A-60;n. <br /> 16 Sec. 2. G.S. 1131-60(b) , as the same appears in Part II <br /> 5,- <br /> 17 of 1978 Replacement Volume 31 of the General Statutes, is amended <br /> 18 to read as follows: <br /> 19 " (b) The Commission shall review each program submitted and <br /> 20 within 90 days of receipt thereof shall notify the local <br /> 21 <br /> . -__ <br />
