2. VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY agrees to pay as a purchase <br /> price for said land that price as determined by Orange County <br /> Commissioners, or their designates and agents, at whatever time <br /> Orange County finally determines the sale price for said property. <br /> It is understood that the minimum sale price will be ONE THOUSAND <br /> TWENTY-SEVEN AND 75/100 DOLLARS ($1,027.75) , but no representation <br /> is made as to the final sale price. <br /> 3. Accordingly, the said VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY hereby <br /> pays and delivers to the law firm of COLEMAN, BERNHOLZ , DICKERSON, <br /> BERNHOLZ, GLEDHILL & HARGRAVE, as escrow agents and County <br /> Attorney for Orange County, the sum of ONE THOUSAND TWENTY-SEVEN <br /> AND 75/100 DOLLARS ($1,027.75) , same to be held by said escrow <br /> agent pending a final determination by Orange County of the sale <br /> price for said property to VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY. <br /> 4. In the event that said Orange County agrees to sell <br /> said property to VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY then Orange County, by <br /> and nrough said escrow agent hereinabove named, will notify <br /> VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY in writing of the agreed upon purchase <br /> price, and within 30 days of the date of said written notice the <br /> said VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY shall pay to said escrow agent any <br /> balance due on said purchase price. Within ten (10) days of the <br /> receipt of payment of the balance due, if any, on said purchase <br /> price, Orange County will, deliver to the said VANGUARD ENERGY <br /> COMPANY a deed conveying the above described premises. <br /> 5. It is understood by the said VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY <br /> that this offer is not at this time accepted by Orange County and <br /> may after review and consideration be rejected by Oramrm County. <br /> It is further understood that the said ONE THOUSAND TWENTY-SEVEN <br /> AND 75/100 DOLLAR3 ($1,027.75) deposited contemporaneously here- <br /> with with said escrow agent is a minimum possible purchase price <br /> for said property.
