AGENDA ATIACEINIENT 14 56 C <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> DEED <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS DEED, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 19 , by and between ORANGE COUNTY, <br /> Party of the First Part; and VANGUARD ENERGY COMPANY, <br /> Party of the Second Part; <br /> WITNESSET H: <br /> THAT said Party of the First Part , in <br /> consideration of the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred <br /> and No/100 Dollars to it in hand paid, the receipt of <br /> which is hereby acknowledged, has pursuant to North <br /> Carolina General Statute Section 105-376 (c) , bargained <br /> and sold, and by these presents does bargain, sell and <br /> convey unto the said Party of the Second Part, its heirs <br /> and assigns a certain tract of land lying and being in <br /> Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, and <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> All that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and <br /> being on the West side of Wentworth Street and known and <br /> designated as part of Lot 1, Block B, of COLE HEIGHTS <br /> EXTENSION No. 2 as surveyed and plotted by F. M. <br /> Carlisle, in May, 1947, and which said lot hereby <br /> conveyed is more particularly described as BEGINNING at a <br /> stake on the West property line of Wentworth Street, <br /> which is established by measuring North 6 degrees 55' <br /> East from a point in line with North line of School <br /> Street and running thence along the West property line of <br /> Wentworth Street North 6 degrees 55' East 100 feet to a <br /> stake in the South property line of Johnson Street <br /> extended; running thence along the South property line of <br /> the said street South 85 degrees 48' West 150 feet to a <br /> stake in the Eastern line of the property formerly owned <br /> by Pacific Mills; running thence with the line of that <br /> property South 40 degrees 16' West 88 feet, more or less, <br /> to a stake, the Northwest corner of property of F. M. <br /> Carlisle, III; running thence with the line of that <br /> property South 82 degrees 51' East 195 feet to the <br /> BEGINNING. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, said lands and premises, <br /> together with all privileges and appurtenances thereunto <br /> UNIAN BERNHOLZ <br /> KERSON BERNHOLZ belonging to it the said Party of the Second Part and its <br /> Guxma <br /> HARGgM/E. <br /> - OREYS AT LAW heirs and assigns forever, free and discharged from all <br /> 1-1APEL N C <br /> LLSBORCUGH C right, title, claim or interest of the said Party of the <br /> First Part or anyone claiming by, through or under it. <br />
