AGENDA <br /> REGULAR'MEETING <br /> CF <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> TUESDAY, 10:00 A.M. <br /> SEPTEMBER 8, 1981 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' ROOM, ORANGE COUNTY COURTHOUSE <br /> 1. Would any member of the Board like to modify this agenda? <br /> 2. Would any member of the audience like to address the Board about: <br /> A. Matters on this agenda; <br /> B. Matters not on this agenda? <br /> 3. The Clerk Submits Minutes of meetings held August 19, 20 and 21, 1981, <br /> for Board consideration. <br /> 4. Will the Board approve a contract between Orange County and the U.S. <br /> Forestry Service? <br /> 5. The Manager recommends approval of: <br /> A. An Administrative Plan between the Chapel Hill Housing Authority and <br /> Orange County Housing Authority <br /> B. A contract for the Rehabilitation Program in the Northern Fairview <br /> Community Development area. <br /> Mr. Kittrell and Mr. Stevenson will be present.. <br /> 6. The Finance Director, Ms. Kathy Battern, introduces Messrs. John Midyette, CPA <br /> and Tam WaShburn, CPA, of the AmOit Services Section of the Human Services <br /> Department, State of North Carolina. <br /> 7. The Planning Board recommends approval of the Riveredge subdivision. <br /> 8. The Manager and Planning Staff report to the Board regarding subdivisions <br /> in the University Lake Watershed now in the review/approval process. <br /> 9. The Manager presents for Board consideration the Electrical Inspection Fee <br /> Schedule recommended by the Planning Director. <br /> 10. Will the Board set a date for a public hearing for consideration of <br /> further extension of the Zoning Ordinance? <br /> 11. The Human Services AdVisory Commission will report to the Board regarding <br /> the needs assessment project. <br />
