Park- <br /> ing requirements specify 83 new car spaces. <br /> Estimated costs for development at this scale would consist of <br /> $1,250,000.00 for building, $70,550.00 for parking, or $1,320,550.00 <br /> total new construction. <br /> Assuming that existing M/PC and Cafeteria Buildings would be upgraded <br /> to "like new" condition as part of this development program, $360,000.00 <br /> should be added to the budget. <br /> This would make the total of an "intermediate" scope of development <br /> cost $1,680,550.00. <br /> 2.
