Air Conditioning: <br /> Zoned central cooling system, ducted to rooms, served by two <br /> 10-ton cooling units <br /> Note: Refer to solar screen item below <br /> Estimated Cost: 45.000.00 <br /> 3. Solar shading screens for windows: <br /> Similar to equipment installed at Mental Health Center. Required <br /> to allow use of A/C equipment sizes specified above <br /> Estimated Cost: 12,000.00 <br /> 4.
