The Council, through its subcuuuuittee for park and facility planning, after thorough scrutinizal of recreation and park planning firms, will make recommendation to the Board that the firm of Recreation and Park Consultants, Inc. of Raleigh be contracted for their planning services. These services would be utilized for the proposed Community Development park project in the Northern Fairview Community. Respondents to be present: Ron Hyatt, Chairman, Recreation and Parks Advisory Council Don Roberts, Vice Chairman, Recreation and Parks Advisory Council Mary Howes, Chairperson, Park/Facility Subcommittee, Recreation and Parks Advisory Council Ron Johnson, Recreation and Park Consultants, Inc. Wayne Weston Planning costs: $6,700.00 -- Community Development Funds; $500.00 County Funds =, $7,200.00 Total (Funds are presently available to begin services at once.)
