This fraternity is a tenant of Fraternity <br /> Housing Corporation, the owner of real property located at the above <br /> address. <br /> In the past (at least years 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979) <br /> Fraternity Housing Corporation has filed its property tax assessment <br /> form each January with the notation "we have no personal property. " <br /> Fraternity Housing Corporation paid taxes in 1979 based on an assess- <br /> ment of $76,000 for building and property. Using this figure as a <br /> guide, Kappa Alpha Order was assessed 20% or $15,200 for personal <br /> property in 1979.
