Since then I determined that I am <br /> better off listing and valuing my personal prop- <br /> erty instead of paying 5% of the revaluation. <br /> . , <br /> I wrote to your office and a niece lady <br /> phoned to tell me she would send me a new form <br /> so I could change the method of reporting. I am <br /> encloeing the completed form. I hope the county <br /> commdssonere will allow me to change from a J-1 <br /> to J-2 method of determining the value of my per- <br /> sonal property.
