The Board <br />will consider the area in Orange County, which includes approximately 9,321 square feet of open space <br />and 30 linear feet of road. All 8 lots are in Durham County. This board approved the concept plan on <br />November 1, 2006. The open space will be maintained by the homeowners association. Durham County <br />approved the subdivision on January 26, 2007. Staff recommends approval tonight of the small area <br />located in Orange County's Planning Jurisdiction. <br />Michelle Kempinski: From the concept plan, have the items been addressed that are listed on pages 042 <br />and 043, have they been incorporated? <br />Eddie Kirk: Yes. <br />MOTION made by Craufurd Goodwin to approve.
