Transfer of consulting fee appropriations to H5AC ($6,000) and the <br /> Industrial Commission ($5,000) from the County Commissioners Intergovernmental <br /> Participation to the County Manager's budget. Transfer of the County <br /> Commissioners Task Force ($4,000) to the responsibility of the County <br /> Manager. <br /> 2. Reduction of the AFDC Day Camp allocation by $6,000 to be transfered <br /> to the Contingency. The remaining $3,000 Daycamp allocation to be reclassified <br /> out of Social Services operations. <br /> 3. Increase of the appropriation and revenue for South Orange Fire <br /> District to reflect the recent annexation of Heritage Hills and <br /> Farrington Hills, <br /> 4. Project Ordinance to record the CETA IV Summer Youth Employment <br /> Program as approved by the County Commissioners in June 1981 . <br />
