This right-of-way is shown on as existing plat of record, <br /> recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 78, Mr. Belon has informed us that he, has tried <br /> and cannot obtain the additional 30 feet required to obtain a 60 foot right-of- <br /> way. He is therefore requesting approval with a 30 foot partial width right-of- <br /> way is set out in Section rv-B-3-C-2, of the Orange County Subdivision Regulations. <br /> The Planning Department recommends approval, of this subdivision with a 30 foot <br /> Partial width right-of-way, and the road to be upgraded to "Class B" standards. <br /> /nsw <br />
