The owners of the Educational Opportunities, Inc. tract and the <br /> owners of the Walker property have agreed to work with Mr. Lowe in obtaining a <br /> 60 foot right-of-way, The Episcopal Diocese however, will not grant an easement <br /> across-their tract of land. <br /> The Orange County Planning Department recommends approval of this minor subdivision <br /> with the restriction that no further subdivision of the Walker property may occur <br /> without a 60 foot right-of-way existing to all new lots. <br /> /nsw <br />
