Manpower assignment <br /> for 80-81 was 3.1 positions in this unit; a 20% reduction in service level is <br /> recommended. <br /> Deletions: <br /> 10% - Transfer time of Day Care Coordinator into Contract management, and to oversee <br /> monthly reimbursements for service. This will reduce the technical assistance <br /> available to day care centers.
