Dubovi <br /> 504 Bayberry Drive <br /> Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 <br /> Ilse Sonner <br /> 3 Dogwood Acres <br /> Chapel Hill, North Carolina 27514 <br /> Mr. Dubovi is a microbiologist who has lived in the Chapel Hill area for four <br /> years, and is presently the President of the Morgan Creek Hills-Farrington <br /> Hills Homeowner's Association. <br /> Ms. Sonner currently serves on the Board of Adjustment, and in fact has <br /> recently been reappointed to that Board. Ms. Sonner, however, has indicated <br /> her preference to be appointed to the Planning Board, and should that be the <br /> pleasure of the Board of County Commissioners, Ms. Sonner would resign from <br /> the Board of Adjustment. <br />
