26 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into the 1st day of <br /> July, 1981, by and between COLEMAN, BERNHOLZ, DICKERSON, <br /> BERNHOLZ, GLEDHILL AND HARGRAVE, attorneys at law, Orange <br /> County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as <br /> ATTORNEYS, and ORANGE COUNTY, North Carolina, hereinafter <br /> referred to as COUNTY: <br /> W I T N E S S E T H: <br /> WHEREAS the COUNTY has need for legal services not <br /> otherwise provided by the ATTORNEYS or other County <br /> agencies, in connection with matters which arise out of the <br /> COUNTY' S administration of the Child Su•.ort Enforcement <br /> Program, Title IV-D of the Social Security Act under Article <br /> 9 , Chapter 110 of the North Carolina General Statutes <br /> Section 110-128 et seq; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the COUNTY to enter <br /> into an agreement of employment with the ATTORNEYS for the <br /> performance of such services that shall be required by the <br /> COUNTY from time to time for the Child Support Enforcement <br /> PrOgraM; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ATTORNEYS have agreed to represent the <br /> COUNTY as is hereinafter provided for a term extending from <br /> and after the date of this agreement to and including June <br /> 30, 1981; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the <br /> mutual terms and agreements hereinafter set forth, the <br /> COUNTY and the ATTORNEYS do contract, each with the other, <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. The ATTORNEYS shall perform such services and <br /> COLEMAN,BERNHOLZ <br /> DicKERsoN BmNtiou, render such advise to the COUNTY on such occasions as shall <br /> GLEoluu. <br /> & HARGRAVE be required to properly and adequately represent the COUNTY <br /> ATTORNEYS AT LAw <br /> CHAPEL HILL N C <br /> HILLSBOROUGH N C in its administration of the Child Support Enforcement <br /> PrOgraM. <br />
