In the <br /> DOUGLAS HARGRAVE <br /> MARTIN.1 MANN= contract we agree to provide legal services to the <br /> PA710CLA STANFORD HUNT Child Support Enforcement Program for the fiscal <br /> DOUGLAS WEBB <br /> Of Counsel year July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982 on the same <br /> BONNER D.SAWYER basis and for the same hourly fee as in the fiscal <br /> moz972) <br /> year about to conclude. A written contract for a <br /> stipulated period of time is , as you know, <br /> required by the State of North Carolina. <br /> It is and has always been my opinion <br /> that our firm serves at the pleasure of the Board <br /> of Commissioners in IV-D matters as in all other, <br /> notwithstanding any contractual time stipulation <br /> to the contrary. By this contract we are agreeing <br /> to do so to the stipulated level of service and at <br /> the stipulated rate of compensation through June <br /> 30, 1982. <br /> The State requires a copy of the <br /> County's contract for IV-D legal services and must <br /> in fact approve the executed contract in order to <br /> insure state and federal reimbursement.
