If the PHN II-School Health <br /> position is unfrozen (effective 08/01/81), then I will internally promote, <br /> leaving Position 0644-1 (PHN I-Carrboro) vacant. <br /> None of these positions need to be held vacant due to a link between <br /> them and federal or state fund predictable reductions. Based upon present <br /> knowledge of the federal/state legislative actions, OHS advice and productive <br /> ability, we do not expect further reductions-in-force to be necessary this <br /> fiscal year. <br />
