�� . 9� �: ' � ���� ° <br /> ~.~ �� � �= ~�~~ <br /> 4; ) <br /> .��' <br /> AGENDA 4TTACH"EtIT 15 - <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Paulette Pridgen-Pond, Clerk to the County Commissioners <br /> FROM: Rob Addelson, Energy Coordinator 10— <br /> DATE: June 15, 1981 <br /> RE: Measures adopted by the Orange County Energy Commission to be pre- <br /> sented to the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> At the June 11 , 1881 meeting of the Orange County Energy Commission, <br /> the attached operating guidelines were adopted by the Cnmmissfon' Included <br /> within these guidelines are specific measures which appear to need the <br /> approval of the County Board of Commissioners. Listed below are these <br /> measures. <br /> 1) Recognizing that not all Energy Commission members are able to <br /> devote time to special projects of the Commission, it is requested <br /> that the Board of Commissioners increase the size of the Energy <br /> Commission by 6 at-large members. This would increase the size <br /> of the Commission from its present 10 members to a total of 16' <br /> 21 It is requested that the County Board of Commissioners extend <br /> -- <br /> 2) invitations to the Energy Coordinators of the municipalities in <br /> -- <br /> Orange County to sit on the Energy Commission as ex-officio members. <br /> 3) It is requested that the County Board of Commissioners amend the <br /> resolution creating and establishing the Energy Commission to <br /> read that Energy Commissioners will forfeit their position if they <br /> miss three consecutive meetings. <br />
