Cleary moved that the subdivisic <br /> be approved with a provision requiring, Class C standards. Cleary requested clari- <br /> cation on where state acceptance of road applied. Cannity responded that it applied <br /> to the area north on 1839 along Alexander Drive just north of Irvin Circle. Kizer <br /> asked about the other sided Alexander Drive. Cannity responded that there would <br /> be no gain to the public to require improvement north of Holly Circle, Wilson <br /> questioned requiring the road improvement. Kizer indicated we can only encourage <br /> and recommend that improvement of both Alexander Drive and Holly Circle. Wilson <br /> responded that it was his understanding that the policy was a guideline. <br /> Crawford restated the motion that the application for subdivision be approved with <br /> the condition that Alexander Drive from where state maintenance ends up to and <br /> including Holly Circle, be brought up to Class C standards. The motion was approved <br /> with Cleary and Kizer opposed and Wilson, Shanklin, Lunsford, Irving, and Harris <br /> infavor. <br />
