Any project <br /> must: <br /> - Be in conformance with the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan. <br /> - Be outside a protected watershed or where <br /> proposed to be within a protected watershed. <br /> be able to show the proposed development is <br /> compatible with maintaining water quality. <br /> - Have the proper zoning at the proposed site. <br /> - Improve job opportunities available to <br />
