NORTH CAROLINA :72-1X <br /> 454 <br /> October 15 , 1987 <br /> Mr. James Grady <br /> Rt. 2 Box 33 <br /> Hillsborough, N.C. 27278 <br /> Dear Mr. Grady : <br /> It was brought to our attention by Mr. Steve Cruise of Duke Power <br /> Company that you have been using a temporary saw service to supply <br /> electrical power to your mobile home. <br /> According to our records you were granted a building permit on <br /> April 21, 1986 to relocate your 1969 General Mobile Home and add a <br /> 10 ' x 60 ' addition onto the mobile home. On April 14 , 1987 an electri- <br /> cal permit was issued to install a temporary saw service on your <br /> property. In order for anyone to move into the mobile home and live , <br /> all necessary inspections need to be made and approved. Our office <br /> has no record of a blocking and tie down inspection, septic tank <br /> inspection , mechanical and plumbing inspections nor the permanent <br /> electrical inspection for your home. <br /> In order to insure the safety and welfare of all involved and <br /> the compliance with State and local building codes , we request that <br /> you come by our office at 306E Revere Road in Hillsborough within <br /> ten (10) days of receipt of this notice and speak with Mr. Gary <br /> Lance , Inspections Supervisor , or Mr. Joseph Weathers , Code Enforce- <br /> ment Officer II. <br /> If you choose not to comply with this notice within the per- <br /> mitted time frame, legal action will be taken which may result in a <br /> -loss of electrical power and/or revocation of your building permit. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> 0 GE CO 'T 7 <br /> 7. <br /> 4 f , 2 <br /> J #ph Weathers <br /> Cqe Enforcement Officer II <br /> JW/dg <br />
