B.34B <br /> James Grady - Owner <br /> DATE : November 3, 1987 <br /> On or about October 12, 1987 , Orange County Planning <br /> Department received a complaint from Mr . Steve Cruise of Duke <br /> Power Company regarding the above referenced property . Mr . <br /> Cruise ' s complaint was that a temporary saw service was being <br /> used to supply electrical power to Mr . Grady ' s mobile home ; <br /> in violation of National Electrical Code. <br /> Inspections Division investigation of the complaint <br /> reveals this to be the case and that no inspections were <br /> requested or approved other than the saw service and a <br /> footing inspection for an addition . Attached are copies of <br /> the building permit and notification of violations to Mr . <br /> Grady giving a reasonable time for corrections to be made or . <br /> to contact this department. No reply has been received from <br /> Mr . Grady. <br /> This, therefore, is to request that legal action be <br /> taken by Orange County to assure these violations are abated. <br /> If you have any questions or need further information, <br /> please advise me.
