The future <br /> extension of Downs Drive will require that the right <br /> of-way in the cul-de-sac (above that required for a 50- <br /> foot right-of-way) be incorporated into lots 6, 7 and <br /> 8. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the preliminary <br /> plat as recommended by the Planning Board. <br />
